Policy on returns and exchanges
Unsatisfied customer have the right to return any purchased item in their original condition within 14 days of
the delivery date. Items should be returned unworn with all their tags still attached. We issue refund in the
original form of payment. Item damaged won't be refunded or exchanged. Final sale items do not apply to
our Return & Exchange policy. We do not refund shipping and return cost.
Return or Exchange in Our Stores

Returns not accepted at our head office.
Return by Mail
1. Please specify the returning item(s) and the reason on your receipt
2. Repack item(s) you want to return in their original packages with your receipt.

Final sale item(s) including all discounted and promotional items cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Sensible items like underwear, socks, hats, earrings, gift card cannot be returned or exchanged.
Specific Exchange item(s)
Specific exchange items refunds issued by gift card.
Price adjustments are allowed within 14 days of the delivery date. Discounted item and specific exchange item
are note eligible. Any request about price adjustment must be forwarded to: email@example.com. Refunds issued
within 30 days.
MARISE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGES OCCURRING DURING SHIPMENT RETURNS WE
WILL RESERVED THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ALL RETURNED ITEMS PRIOR TO ISSUE ANY REFUND.
