Return and Exchange Policy

Returns are accepted on any item(s) purchased in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. All items must be returned unworn with the original tags attached. We will issue a refund in the original payment method. Damaged item(s) will not be refunded or exchanged. Final sale items, as indicated on the site,  do not apply to our returns and exchange policy. We do not reimburse shipping and return costs.

Return or Exchange in Our Stores

1. Find a store near you by visiting our store locator.

2. You will need to provide the following

- Item(s) to be returned

- Your receipt.

- Original credit card used for payment (for returns in store).

Returns are not accepted at our head office.

Return by Mail

1. Please specify the item(s) being returned and the reason on your receipt

2. Repack the item(s) you wish to return in their original packaging along with your receipt.

Final Sales

Final sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged. For reasons of hygiene and personal safety of our customers items such as underwear, socks, hats and earrings may not be returned.

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Specific Exchange Item(s)

Refunds for specific exchange items issued by gift card.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments are permitted within 14 days of delivery. Promotional item(s) and specific exchange item(s) are not eligible.You can contact us at our customer care department for any price adjustment .Please send to: info@marise.ca . Refunds will be issued within 30 days.

MARISE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGE OCCURRING DURING SHIPPING AND RETURNS. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO VERIFY ALL RETURNED ITEMS BEFORE ISSUING A REFUND.
